The Comparison Now in HTML

Well, I finally got my act together and wrote a Perl script to convert the
XML into HTML. You can find the HTML here:

TODO:

1. Add <a name="id"></a> to the appropriate places.
2. Add a table of contents
3. Write a DTD and validate against it.
4. Add more beef to comparison itself (I can think of Networking support -
any other suggestions?)
