I think you should make a svn-win32-x.xx.x.zip first, then you should log
in to subversion.tigris.org and upload it to:
http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?folderID=91

It seems to med that Ben Collins-Sussman have aproved in an enail on this
thread that you can do this (congrats :-)

Can you read and setup your system according to the file
packages/win32-innosetup/Readme.txt ? I insists that you use the
versions of Inno descripbed in the file (the pascal scripting and so on
tends to change a little bit when new versions of Inno come out), you
can use as many diffrent versions of Inno and ISX as you wish on your
system.

Please tell me if you have some problems to get the right versions of the
files in Readme.txt, then I will send it to you.

You can also reach me on ICQ: #654312 and jabber: josander@jabber.org.
I'm on IRC from time to time on #svn.
