Re: 0.29.0 release

It would be nice to have a Win32 binaries distribution for 0.28.2 (plus the
make-it-compile patch) before 0.29.0 comes out. Or will we just skip Win32
binaries for 0.28.2 and go straight to 0.29.0?I see the RH9 packages for
0.28.2 just got released today. It seems to be difficult for the package
maintainers to keep up with the release schedule.
