I wonder if we should just go ahead and add "*.obj" for the Windows
folks, and maybe add "CVS" so people can more easily do imports of CVS
working copies, and ...

Dare I ask how far this should go?

/me unsubscribes for a week in case this starts another thread as
awful as "Subversion needs a new URL syntax because ... well, just
because".
