I didn't look at all the issues Paul filed, but for the ones I did look
at, he *DID* put in a link to the mailing list thread (or maybe it was
just the actual post that had the patch in it.) I get the impression
many people don't notice the URL field in IssueZilla. Perhaps if
someone mentions a URL in IssueZilla they should include it with the
message they're adding in addition to the URL field? (Or maybe that's
just redundant.)

If you mean that he linked to the patch post instead of the start of the
thread, then I'll shut up :)
