Both of those would be 'user-visible' in my mind, since they were
resolutions to excessive usage of memory, and the second one isn't
really a major api change.

I had no idea what the heck this one was until I read the log message,
perhaps an indication that it was about cvs2svn?

Apart from these minor niggles, I like the {changed,fixed,...}
