SvnUp and JSVN (see above). I know of Ant task builded with SvnUp and
JSVN. Since I am working on SvnUp I know more about the SvnUp Ant task
than the JSVN task.

I build a plugin for IDEA. I know of someone working on a Eclipse plugin
based on SvnUp. I know there is svn4eclipse.tigris.org. The Visual
Studio plugin used to require a NDA.
