Failure during string recoding

From: John Goerzen <jgoerzen_at_complete.org>

Hello,

I tried to make a commit today and received this:

Running /usr/bin/svn commit -F /tmp/svn_load_dirs_5zr6M8gOgP/logfile
/home/jgoerzen/svn_load_dirs/upstream/svn_load_dirs.pl: /usr/bin/svn
commit -F /tmp/svn_load_dirs_5zr6M8gOgP/logfile failed with this
output:
svn: Invalid argument
svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: failure during string recoding

Some Googling revealed this post:
http://www.contactor.se/~dast/svn/archive-2003-02/0384.shtml

Sure enough, my ChangeLog contained a high-ASCII character:
        A gconf update by Romain Lie'vin <roms@tilp.info>

Now, that post from Karl implied that the bug was being worked on.
Should this be in the BTS somewhere or do people know about it
already?

Thanks,
John
