ssl-client-key-type or ssl-client-cert-type

There's an inconsistency between the string "ssl-client-key-type"
in the generated servers file and the string "ssl-client-cert-type"
in ./subversion/libsvn_client/auth.c.

It seems nobody's used this option :)

I'm guessing that the intended usage is for it to be a cert-type
according to the code, but I'm double checking.

Let me know and I'll make the appropriate fix.
