Autoversioning with KDE 3.1

Just an addition to Appendix D, under Autoversioning interoperability:

KDE 3.1

KDE now supports a webdav protocol. It works in Konqueror and several
other KDE applications, such as Quanta Plus.

To use it, simply use "webdav:" followed by the URL, anywhere you can
type a URL.

It seems to work reasonably well--you can open and edit files directly
from the window. If you save such a file, the revision number increments
only one.

This client does not appear to do any locking--it just uses GET and PUT
to transfer files.

Konqueror also does not appear to honor its own map of file extensions
to mime-types, or associate explicit mime types with appropriate
applications...
