Re: production ready?

My firm has been using subversion in production for several months now
on at least two projects that are critical to the company's success.
We're not stressing it heavily, but it hasn't had any problems.

Everyone here who has tried both has said it's "much better" than CVS.

Personally I think that the SVN folks have an exquisitely high standard
for what constitutes 1.0 ... but they have explained why in rather
elaborate detail elsewhen, and frankly it's part of the professionalism
(a book's worth of docs for pre-1.0 software?!) that pervades the project.
