Subversion support for Codestriker

Hi guys,

FYI: Codestriker is an online code reviewing system which allows diffs to
be reviewed, and reviewers to make comments on a per-line basis.
Historically, Codestriker has only supported CVS integration, but now the
1.7 release supports Subversion as well (and soon other SCMs as well).

Topics can be created by entering the output of a "svn diff" command. If
the SVN repository has been specified, it is possible to then view the
entire contents of a changed file (with the proposed diff applied), to aid
in the viewing process, by using the "svn cat --revision" command, and
applying the diff.
