Problems with checkouts

  I have done a svnadmin recover after an upgrade but are getting this
for checkouts of tags and branches, any ideas ?

A tipex-00-tag/ReadMe
A tipex-00-tag/hw
A tipex-00-tag/hw/ad.c
A tipex-00-tag/hw/ign.c
Segmentation fault
bash-2.05b$ svn cleanup tipex-00-tag/
bash-2.05b$ cd tipex-00-tag/
bash-2.05b$ svn diff
bash-2.05b$ svn up
svn: Filesystem has no item
svn: REPORT request failed on '/repos/cold/tags/tipex-00-tag'
svn:
file not found: transaction `3k', path `/tags/tipex-00-tag/Makefile'

  I am also getting this checking out of the trunk.
