Defective RPMS at RH 8.x download page

The httpd-2.0.44-0.2.i386.rpm RPM at

http://summersoft.fay.ar.us/pub/linux/redhat/RPMS/i386/subversion-latest/redhat-8.x/

is defective. It's missing the authn_* and authz_* modules.
Consequently, the installed apache binary will die on startup with a
complaint that it can't load them.
