Oh, my fault -- I forgot that when we enabled the signal handler, we
no longer had a choice about handling the signal. My comments in
issue #1004 explain why I thought there was no need to do anything for
'svn log'... but I was wrong. I'll fix it right now, it should be
pretty trivial.
