Unfortunately, I don't think you can :-( It's a known issue in the
issue tracker.

If you are feeling brave you could attempt to edit the entries files,
but I think you would need to change both the url and the revision.
There are *lots* of things that could go wrong if you do this,
particularly if you "missed" an update on the branch before it was
moved. For this reason I can't really recommend it, so I'm not
going to post the commands to do it.

Hmm... what would happen if I *copied* the tag back to the original
branch location. Then there would be an URL that matches the one in
your working copy, and that URL would have history back to the tag.
