Our code to serve files over HTTP might be affected.

This is pretty clearly a bogus patent, though. It takes a lot of money
to overturn a bogus patent, but usually the patent holder goes after
people with deep pockets first and hopes to win a few settlements before
finding someone who will fight it. Or, even more often, they never use
it at all.

(Just my observations; I'm not a lawyer.)
