Cache flush was unable to complete?

I just got this error:

svn: Berkeley DB error
svn: Berkeley DB error while checkpointing after Berkeley DB transaction
for filesystem /svn/pypy/db:
DB_INCOMPLETE: Cache flush was unable to complete

What might be the problem that causes this? Im currently running a
recover on that DB, but that takes ages to complete, and I would like to
take precautions that this cannot happen again.
