Ah! The testedness of our releases is about to go up, then, this is
good news.

Some of the RM job is platform-independent (e.g., the CHANGES file).
You and Michael Price work out the details; if you two decide that you
(James) will also need to commit to the release branch, just send me
username & password and it shall be done :-).
