[PATCH] subversion/bindings/swig/python/setup.py

Ok,

So here is my first patch submission. It doesn't really do too much. It
is, however, the first baby steps along the road to getting Python SWIG
bindings working under Win32.

It takes into account the fact that Win32 requires different libs to be
specified on the command line. It should have no effect on Unix systems.
Bear in mind that this is only good on Windows NT-based systems. I know
that it works on Win2k, and I would appreciate any and all feedback on other
systems.
