Well thank you for thinking I have libsvn_wc Fu, but I'm already working on
two issues. Don't remember their numbers, but they are the:

nonrecursive checkouts should be sticky, and
checkout/export a single file

I think I've marked the first one started, and I'm not sure about the second
since tigris.org crashed at about that time.

If no-one else has claimed this by the time I finish those two, then I'll grab
it.
