Getting errors when importing, sometimes

Hi!

I'm new to subversion, so bear with me ;-)

I just installed svn on my Laptop (self-compiled apache2, svn 17.0,
db-4.1.25) and it seems to work well, even dav seems OK.
Now, I setup another machine with the same OS (Debian woody fresh from the
archive), compiled the same sources to the same prefixes, but I'm getting'OPTIONS error 301 permanently moved' or some such from *this machine only*,
when trying to access the repository remotely. It's not a file permissions
issue, I've double-checked that. Please note, that it works from the same
machine to my laptop, though. svn on this machine locally is fine, too.
What could be wrong? Any ideas?

Thanks,
    Joerg
