Accept-Encoding from svn client

Hi,

I just noticed that when i do a simple svn log (trunk build),
three PROFIND and one REPORT are sent, but their Accept-Encoding
in http header seems to be different.

for PROFIND, Accept-Encoding is not in the header, while there are
two Accept-Encoding's in the REPORT request.
