svn.collab.net upgrade

Hey folks. If you see what look like repeated commit mails tonight,
that's because I'm testing a freshly upgraded svn.collab.net. Since
the last upgrade, several of the hook-script tools, as well as
'svnlook' and 'svnadmin', have changed syntax and behavior. I wanna
make sure I've done my best to keep things running smoothly before
bringing the server up again.
