I found a reference to RevML:

RevML is a grammar for describing a series of revisions to to a set of
files, it's equivalent to a collection of RCS files, but with more
metadata and with MD5 checksums. I use it extensively in the test suite
for VCP [perforce.com] (Version CoPy, which copies file hierarchies
between source repositories like CVS, Perforce, and soon VSS). I'd like to
find other uses for RevML; it can be used to capture a repository or a
series of changesets and transfer them to other repositories.

There is a reference to a DTD at
http://public.perforce.com:8080/@md=d&cd=//public/revml/&cdf=//public/revml/revml.dtd&ra=s&sr=478&c=8zq@//public/revml/revml.dtd

I'm looking for other references.
