Actually, I answered a _later_ post on the same theme in full, but I
_read_ this one a few hours later -- because my cable modem had died on
me and it was some time before old mails were resent here.

So, Bob, sorry I snapped at you. I thought you'd read my "earlier" post,
when in fact you hadn't.

And by now, several answers to that question have appeared on the list,
so I won't repeat them.
