Re: svn commit: rev 3966 - in trunk/subversion: include libsvn_ra_svn svnserve

This commit makes the ra_svn code significantly shorter and simpler, but
it also renders a lot of the previously tested code untested. Apologies
to anyone who was playing with the code and sees regressions.

Tomorrow I will do my best to make the test suite pass over ra_svn, now
that I know how to run it. Then I can stop worrying about making
changes without thorough testing.
