That's good to know. Maybe I'll upgrade from source rather than
packages. Hey, is there any way to include the building of rpms/debs
in a normal build process that we mere users could grab from the
website?

That would allow people like me to easily grab the latest build and
install it easily which would make for fewer bug reports against
older versions (well, in theory anyway :)
