Nice solution!

+1 overall. There are a few tweaks I'd make to the help text, but
whatever. The change seems like a clean, general solution to both
aliasing and scripting. Though I think it's a bit weird to have
commands like 'svn foo' actually run a different script entirely,
which might or might not invoke svn; nevertheless, better to offer the
fully general mechanism than to restrict it to cvsrc-style
functionality.

The possibility for infinite recursion here is delicious, of course,
and only the user can prevent it :-).

I think Ben's writing a mail about whether this belongs in config or
some new file, so I'll let him start that thread.

You're right that CollabNet people probably don't have time to
implement it before 1.0, but as you point out, that's not a
showstopper.
