RE: Issue 993

I simple don't have the necessary controls in my browser window to edit
things (no commit button, no reset button, ...) I am using Internet Explorer
5.5

If I look at the preferences, I have the following permissions:

submit:
Project Issue Tracking - Submit
query:
Project Issue Tracking - Query
 
   
Should I use another browser to edit issues (although adding a new issue
works fine)

Hmmm, why doesn't Marc have permissions to add comments to issues? I
thought that anyone logged in as an `Observer' could do so.
