Subversion Fails when trying to Checkout or Import a directory of large files.

Ok, I have found a pretty big bug.

I have a directory of 777 files, which combined, are 68Megs big. When
importing this directory, the apache server eventually eats up all the
memory.

running svnadmin recover on the repository seems to fix this problem
though.

However, when I try and check out this module, Again apache eats up
scads of memory, and than the svn client spits out:

svn: RA layer request failed
svn: could not fetch directory entries
svn: PROPFIND of /svn/teleplus/!svn/bc/3/tpm10/tims/sys/dev: timed out
waiting for server

If I just visit the repository in my browser hwoever, everything seems
to work just fine. It only seems to crap out when trying to check out
or import.

Adittionally, Checking out, and importing a directory with 21 files,
with a combined size of 82 Megs works just fine.
