Acrobat Bookmarks are not available in the Book PDF

In the "SVN: TDG" PDF book, the Acrobat Bookmarks tab is empty, while a
DocBook document I rendered using Jade+DSSSL contained there a nice table
of contents with the ability to expand or collapse the sections.

Can it be fixed?
