Hmmm, but perhaps its time to rename the file? (We can always look
for `proxies' too for backwards compatibility).

Maybe `hosts' or `dav'? Or just `network'?

No problem with them being in the same file, but I'm worried people
will get that dazed-&-confused feeling if the file's meaning starts
drifting from its name...
