Not that it'll necessarily be usable. ;-) The Red Hat 8.0 packaging of
Apache 2.0 skipped out on instdso.sh, apr-config, and apu-config.
(There's a bugzilla entry open on it though, hopefully they'll have a
repackaged version soon. A real 1.0 of APR would be even better, so they
could break it out into a separate package and get more applications
making use of it...)
