I'm guessing that somewhere in the nieghborhood of, oh, 20 seconds has
been spent trying to get the PHP bindings up. I can't speak for the
stability of SWIG's PHP support, but Subversion's PHP bindings aren't
really existant, as far as I know. Would others be interested if you
started hacking away? You betcha, buddy. Bring it on.
