patchsets

Does (will) subversion support the concept of patchsets? In case it's
not clear, this means (to me at least) a patchset is a set of patches
that can be identified as a group that perform a particular function,
for example, fix a specific problem or add a feature.

Patchsets are not necessarily the same as revisions, because each rev
may have a number of fixes and hence a number of patchsets.
