SV: Accessing different revs via Apache?

As far as I can see it is also possible to do a GET on a "magic" URL as in:

http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/!svn/bc/2000/

This looks to me like revision 2000 :-) Is this correct and is it likely to
change?
