Heh, don't even get me *started* on the use of dictionaries as blanket
sources of authority instead of as references to usage in unfamiliar
domains.

This particular domain is very familiar to all of us; if we know that
"filesystem" is common, and the spell checkers don't, then it's time
to submit a patch to the spell checkers :-).
