Hmmm, no, that was wrong. Rather:

The entry checksums differ between Linux and Windows because the
corruption only happened under Windows. Anyway, this is
libsvn_client/commit_util.c here, which has no eol style set.

Not that this helps us pinpoint the corruption bug, but at least the
checksums and contents you're seeing are consistent with what we'd
expect.
