RE: svn-0.14.1-r2927-setup.exe & cygwin

I tried to break this and could not. Which svn command do you
use that sees an error?

I tried svn ci and svn diff inside of cygwin shell.

I renamed /usr/bin/diff.exe and /usr/bin/diff3.exe out of
the way.

When I run /c/PROGRA~1/cygnus/cygwin/bin/diff3 or
/c/PROGRA~1/cygnus/cygwin/bin/diff I see 100% CPU used
by the diff image. So I guess that when svn runs them
it gets the matching DLLs loaded.

Both svn ci and svn diff work.
