I'll do this, and more: I'll also remove the svn-0.14.0-r2804-2-setup
package (sorry for wasting your time ...) because I've just uploaded an
0.14.1 package, svn-win32-r2927.zip.

Please describe how to use regedt32 instead, as Barry Scott suggested.

We shouldn't encourage people to use old releases. If they do, fine,
it's their decision -- but I'm removing the pre-0.14.0 zip files, too. :-)
