Hm... I choose:

- wait, we need some chats to decide how to integrate translated
  documentations.
- we are too busy in bug fixing, try again when subversion begin its
  beta cycle or its release 1.0 life.
- fucking french ;-)

Sorry for not replying. Ben and I did check out the patch and mutter
aloud, "Holy moly! French documentation!" -- but failed to follow up
with you.
