Careful now.

The ".svn" thing is different. We decided on, and documented, one
reserved name. But we never decided that "svn:this_dir" would become
special, it was just a temporary thing to aid debugging (exactly how I
don't recall, but I remember when we switched from empty string to
"svn:this_dir", and that we planned to come back someday before 1.0).
