Could you give a lot more detail please? Such as:

   What your working tree looks like; the kinds of modifications
   you're trying to commit; the revision number from which you built
   Subversion; the platform of the client; the platform of the server;
   whether you're able to run other client/server operations such as
   "svn status -u" and "svn update"; your home address; your bank
   account number and passphrase; what you were wearing; what you ate
   for breakfast; the phase of the moon.

See the file BUGS in the top level of the Subversion distribution for
more information on how to report a bug.
