No, there's no "official" Win32 distributeion of Berkeley DB. If there
were, it _would_ work with Subversion, but there isn't. Just put the
DLLs where the svn binaries are, or wherever the user wants them.

He means the source for the installer, not other sources. You don't have
to include any sources, but IMHO you do have to have a visible link
(somewhere -- in a dialogue would be good enough) to the Cygwin
distribution, and mention that the diffutil sources can be found there.
