I agree, I just don't like hard coding to C:\Program files but I give it
up :-) I will do like this:

The installation program looks for the diffs in 'C:\Program
Files\cygnus\cygwin\bin'. If they are not found, then the installer will
create that directory and place the installers own cygwin diffs on the
right path. But I would be very happy if they could be in the Subversion
Program directory.

So what do I do? Two persons are making wonderful binaries (so I can't
see that's any reason for me to make them). I choose to use Branko's
(even when you probably are in lack of time) because it's tried and
tested and I know what they are (mod_dav_svn.so. OpenSSL zlib etc).

I will make the package this day and keep an eye on
dev@subversion.tigris.org for suggestions and wishes.
