I just confirmed this. I've filed a bug against SourceCast itself; I'm not
sure when it might get fixed on tigris.org, though. I'll send more mail when
I hear more.

I've raised the number of legal votes to six. It appears the code is
double-counting votes, so setting to six allows three. :-)

Everybody: please go ahead and place your three votes. Thanks!
