If you could setup a cursor for NR's "NodeID.CopyID." with no
TransactionID specified, then you could search for > TxnIDs, and that
would remove the false positive case at the possible cost of having to
search more rows looking for a > TxnID case.

Still doesn't seem like you're gaining enough
benefit/simplification/speedup to do it this way.
