Since we're not currently recording ancestry properties (tbd),
probably a good idea for the log message to reference the changes
precisely. As in "Merge changes from rev X to rev Y on trunk
libsvn_fs into isssue-654-dev branch" or something like that.

(In fact, it's probably still a good idea even after we're recording
ancestry properties.)
