looks like

"The attachment sub.reg matched file blocking settings" at some machines.

attached now is sub.reg1 instead of sub.reg.

Darnit. I had a .reg file that had some default values in it that I
meant to post to the website. All you'd have to do is edit the .reg
in a text editor to set *your* values, save it, then double-click on
it in the Explorer and Windows would ask you if you wished to merge in
the new values. However, that file is sitting on my Windows box 30
miles away, and I can't exactly ssh into the box to get the file.
I'll try to remember to post it next time I'm on the box, though
(unless some other Windows person would like to create such a thing --
it's pretty simple to just add the entries to your own Registry and
export the Key).
